Daniel Zia has always taken an interest in impacting college students in Santa Barbara, mentoring students at Westmont College and sharing with them his unique vision for combining business and impact. This past year the Zia Group had the opportunity to grow into this vision, hiring several interns throughout last Summer, Fall and Spring. This Summer we have a fully functioning team of interns learning about real estate and real impact, while also being an incredible asset to the team. We thought you might enjoy meeting them!

Hey! I am so thankful to be helping the Zia Group because of their commitment to their clients and quality results they produce week in and week out. I am about to enter my senior year at Westmont college and will graduate in May with a Bachelors in Business and Economics. My hobby is classic cars, especially my 1971 Chevrolet C-10. I love to attend car shows and go driving down the coast. The game of soccer has been my passion for as long as I can remember and I get to play my final year as the captain of the Men’s soccer team at Westmont. My role this summer at The Zia group has heavily consisted of assisting the marketing team on multiple projects as well as assisting our buyers team with lead generation.

Hi! I am beyond stoked to be a part of The Zia Group as an intern. Never before have I had the privilege of working alongside a more genuine collective of people. I am a senior at Westmont College and just got back from a semester in the United Kingdom studying English Literature and Theatre. It is great to be back in Santa Barbara where I can surf, rock climb, and enjoy the most bomb Taco Tuesdays in this dimension and the next.

Hello! I am an intern/runner here at the Zia Group, specifically helping Veronica in the listing division. I am so excited and eager to learn from the best real estate team in Santa Barbara. I was born and raised here but am currently a junior at Whitworth University in Spokane, WA where I study business with concentrations in accounting and management. I love being outside, hanging with friends and playing board games.
