Bethany Day

Listing Manager

Bethany manages all of our listings from start to finish, offering our clients consistent, detailed, and excellent service. She always strives to leave things better than she found them: for our listings, this means that she seeks to improve our systems and strategies to better serve our clients’ needs. With prior experience as Daniel Zia’s assistant, she not only has an in-depth understanding of Santa Barbara real estate, but valuable insight into the particular challenges, needs, and experiences faced by both buyers and sellers in a real estate transaction. Altogether, Bethany’s experience and organizational skills make her a knowledgeable and proactive manager of our listings division.

Megan Phillips

Transaction Manager

Megan helps keep the team and office organized, focusing particularly on transaction documentation, file organization and compliance. Her legal background helps her keep a sharp eye on details, dates, and timelines to make sure all Zia Group escrows close smoothly and on time.

Brittain brings a wealth of knowledge from his experience in the lending industry. We’re excited to have Brittain as the newest member of our administrative team.

Annie joined the Zia Group to provide administrative support to the team. She is extremely organized with extensive experience in providing back-office support. Annie takes on a variety tasks/projects that allow the team to focus their time and energy on their most important tasks, helping you the client!
