Stairs and ladder to the upstairs are rather steep but that does not mean that they can't be reconfigured or possibly have a spiral staircase put in. There is currently an existing garage. As with all of these Forest Service cabins, there is a yearly lease and there are a few regulations (including that they cannot be used for a full time residence and they cannot be used as a rental).
