Kathleen Rogers is a Santa Barbara native, runner, triathlete, and mom who raised her daughter (SBHS ‘21, Cal Poly SLO ‘25) in their home on the Westside and is the local neighborhood expert with 30 years of sales, marketing and advocacy experience.

In her spare time, Kathleen enjoys time with her family and friends, reading, exploring outdoors, local restaurants, wine tasting, and running; she finished her first Ironman Triathlon 70.3 in 2021 and cheered on her daughter’s Cal Poly Rose Float animation award winning team in 2022.
