Susana is a personable and efficient liaison between our clients and Escrow. She is dedicated to managing the escrow and listing process ensuring that all paperwork is signed, distributed and filed on-time to meet each deadline. As an extra service to our clients, all escrow and listing documents (including reports, inspections, and disclosures) are scanned in and uploaded to a secure website (password protected for security) from which our clients can access at their convenience. Our clients no longer have to file dozens of documents that go along with their transaction, but can go online and refer to, or print out any document associated with their transaction at any time.
