I received your information from HomeGain recently, and you’ve made a wise decision to find a qualified agent to help you in your home search. I firmly believe in adding value to my clients before they make the decision to use me as their agent.
First, some background on the market:
The real estate market in Santa Barbara County was soft from September to December. In the last four months we’ve seen the market firm up a bit, but it is still in flux so it’s anyone’s guess to what the market will be like in a year. Real Estate under $1.5 million continues to soften slightly, while real estate above $1.5 million is staying strong as values are still attractive in relation to L.A. County wide, real estate sales are down 15-20% this year, but our office sales are actually up 38% over last year. The energy and team work in our office is quite incredible at the moment and it’s exciting to continue having the opportunity to match buyers and sellers for win/win situations.
My Philosophy:
I believe in first listening to a person's situation and needs before recommending solutions and helping to implement them if requested. I am well connected in the Santa Barbara community and I work with a large pool of investors and home buyers. I have a strong background in real estate construction, development, investing, and sales, which allows me to add value in more areas that most real estate agents. Negotiation Skills:
In today’s market, it is critical to have an agent who can facilitate conversation and effective negotiation between buyer and sellers. As inventory is high, and properties are staying on the market longer, agents with good negotiation skills can save their clients thousands of dollars. Work Ethic:
I am committed to going the "extra mile" for everyone of my clients, regardless if they are looking for a $600,000 condo or a $5,000,000 Estate. I spend at least a dozen hours every week simply keeping up on the current market inventory. I spend another 7 hours per week staying in touch with my clients and informing them of new properties that may match their needs. I have several clients right now looking for condos in the same price bracket as you, so I'm very familiar with the current inventory and would love to share some of my current favorites. I find tremendous satisfaction in finding my clients the perfect property, and I look forward to helping you in your search.
