First, some background on the market:

The real estate market in Santa Barbara County was soft from September to December. In the last two and a half months we’ve seen the market firm up a bit, but it is still in flux so it’s anyone’s guess to what the market will be like in a year. Real Estate under $1.5 million continues to soften slightly, while real estate above $1.5 million is staying strong as values are still attractive in relation to L.A. County wide, real estate sales are down 15-20% this year, but our office sales are actually up 68% over last year. The energy and team work in our office is quite incredible at the moment and it’s exciting to continue having the opportunity to match buyers and sellers for win/win situations.

My Philosophy:

I believe in first listening to a person's situation and needs before recommending solutions and helping to implement them if requested.
